We Travel For Larger Jobs
We're based on the Gold Coast, and most of the mezzanine floors we build are in its industrial estates. We also travel north as far as Noosa and south as far as Ballina for larger jobs.

We're based on the Gold Coast. Most of our work is in the industrial estates at Coomera, Yatala, Ormeau and Nerang, and there is no travel charge for a job on the Gold Coast.

Regularly Travelled
This is our normal working range. Logan and the south side of Brisbane are a day trip, and we work there regularly. The north side of Brisbane is two and a half hours each way, so we plan those jobs with an overnight stay rather than trying to fit them into one day.

For Larger Jobs
For larger jobs we go as far north as Noosa and as far south as Ballina. At that distance our team stays overnight rather than driving there and back each day. The accommodation is shown as its own line in your quote, not hidden in the rate.

How We Decide Whether To Travel
It depends on the size of the job as well as the distance. A small job a long way away usually doesn't make sense for you. Two hours of driving for a floor that takes half a day to install costs you more than the floor is worth.
A large floor at the same distance is worth the trip, and the travel adds very little to the price per square metre.
