The short version: the prices on this site are there to help you work out whether a floor is worth going ahead with, and the written quote for your building is the one that counts.
What This Site Is
This website belongs to Mezzanine Floors Gold Coast and describes mezzanine floors, stairs, edge protection and fitout work on the Gold Coast and around it. Using the site means you accept what is on this page.
The floors are built and installed by Faulkner Build Co., QBCC Licence No. 15535467. If you go ahead, your agreement for the work is with Faulkner Build Co..
Nothing Here Is A Quote
Anything this site says about price, including everything on the cost page, is there so you can work out whether a floor is worth going ahead with. These figures are a guide only. They are not an offer, they are not a fixed price, and nothing on a page can be accepted to form a contract.
A price is only confirmed once it has been sent to you in writing for your building, after the building has been measured. That written quote, and the terms attached to it, is the agreement for the work. Where it says something different to this website, the quote applies.
Engineering Information On This Site
The general guidance on this site about spans, loadings, clearances and the standards that apply is written to help you understand what a floor involves. It is not engineering advice for your building, and it is not a substitute for the certified drawings your floor gets before anything is built.
Do not rely on anything here to design, load or modify a structure. If you already have a mezzanine and you are not sure what it is rated to, get it looked at rather than working it out from a website.
What You Send Us
Send us accurate information about the building. The floor is priced and designed from what you tell us, so dimensions, clear heights and what you intend to put upstairs need to be right, and anything you already know about the slab, the racking or the services in the building, such as power, lights and sprinklers, matters.
Do not send us anything you are not entitled to share. What we do with your details is set out separately.

The words, drawings, diagrams and photographs on this site are ours or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages. You may not republish the content as your own, and this includes the drawings.
What We Do Not Promise About The Site
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a loss caused by relying on the general information here rather than on a written quote or a set of certified drawings.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and the courts of Queensland deal with anything arising from them.
